About this library
Most mental health information sits at one of two extremes: clinical criteria written for professionals, or reassurance so soft it says nothing. Mental Health Library tries to sit in the middle — accurate enough to be useful, human enough to read when you're not at your best.
Every guide follows the same shape: what people notice first, what the symptoms actually are, what daily life with the condition tends to involve, and what to do once a clinician has given it a name. The content is written from mainstream clinical guidance and the organisations linked at the end of each guide.
It cannot diagnose you, and reading about a condition is not the same as having it. Use it to get language for what's happening, then take that language to someone who can assess you properly.
